PRINCIPAL
For
the past 16 years, Philip Balis has specialized in mergers
and acquisitions of mid-size companies ranging in revenues
between $1 and $50 million. Since starting in business
brokerage he has taken advantage of his broad expertise and
varied management experiences to successfully complete a
hundred mid-market client engagements, as well as buying and
selling businesses for his own account. |

Mr. Balis holds masters degrees in engineering and business
administration and has been a manufacturing manager,
director of sales and marketing, vice-president of
operations, and president of a division of a Fortune 500
company.
As an entrepreneur, he has owned and operated a post
secondary vocational school, an environmental remediation
company, an oil and gas consulting company, and a business
brokerage and consulting company.
Finally, he has been an adjunct professor at the Colleges of
Business at the Universities of Houston and North Texas and
has published articles on topics ranging from business price
evaluations to bioremediation. He is comfortable with all
levels of technology.
